About an hour ago, I did yoga for the first time.

Basically, my school has free classes in the fitness center, so I went with one of my friends, who does it pretty regularly.  I didn’t know what to expect, honestly.  I knew there was a lot of stretching involved, and a good deal of flexibility, but I severely underestimated the amount of strength required.  Even the simple downward-facing dog thing puts so much on your arms and legs.  I’m already sore, and I know it will only get worse overnight.  I wish I had known beforehand that it was gonna be power yoga.

It’s not that I’m a huge fan of the game Minecraft, but the music is wonderful to sleep to.  It’s just beautiful, relaxing, and a little mystifying.  The music creates a world in itself, which is something I love.
